The Battle Over Tax Cuts To Come

Tax cuts passed in 2001 and 2003 under President George W. Bush that provide benefits for taxpayers at many different levels are set to expire at the end of 2010, and the battle in Congress and for the President is sure to be heated in the coming months.

As this July 25th article in the New York Times outlines, there don't appear to be any easy answers, especially as the country continues to struggle through the Great Recession.
